President

Jennifer Jeffress joined the Oscar Rennebohm Foundation as President in January 2023. Jenni has a long history in the philanthropic field: She led Madison Public Library Foundation for 12 years, and as Director of Development & External Affairs, she supported the opening of the new Madison Children’s Museum in 2010. She also worked in Brooklyn, N.Y., at cultural and educational institutions. Jenni has a B.A. in Art History from the University of Illinois and an M.A. in Education from Tufts University.

Conroy is an experienced employment litigator and Partner at Lake Effect HR & Law, where she counsels private and public sector employers in employment and HR matters Prior to that, she practiced with firms in Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison, and served as Director of the State of Wisconsin Office of State Employment Relations (OSER). She is active in the community as a Madison Area Sports Commission board director and a Medical College of Wisconsin Leadership Advisory Council member. She joined the Oscar Rennebohm Foundation board in 2026.

Mary earned her B.S. in nursing from St. Olaf College and went on to earn two M.S. degrees from UW- Madison (pediatric nursing '74 and administrative medicine '98). She recently retired from the Fund for Wisconsin Scholars, where she was Executive Director. She is the former Madison Metropolitan School District Chief of Staff. Mary has been with the Oscar Rennebohm Foundation since 2007.

Lynch is former Chairman of Findorff. He became an owner and Vice President of Findorff in 1992, and was named Executive Vice President in 1997 and President in 2002. He has 49 years of construction industry experience. Lynch has volunteered for or provided leadership to numerous local organizations, including Downtown Madison Inc., the Greater Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, the National W Club, United Way of Dane County, American Family Children's Hospital, Centro, and Madison Community Foundation. He joined the Oscar Rennebohm Foundation board in 2026.

Meg is Director and Financial Advisor at Baird – The Prestigiacomo Carroll Casper Manke Group. A Madisonian for more than 35 years, she earned her BBA in marketing and management from UW-Madison. At Baird, she provides comprehensive investment consulting and financial planning for individuals and families. She has served on many local nonprofit boards and is on the United Way of Dane County Foundation board. She joined the Oscar Rennebohm Foundation board in 2025.

Gary holds a BBA in business administration from Eastern Illinois University, which he earned in 1973. He retired as President of Associated Bank in 2019 and now serves on boards of various nonprofits, including the United Way of Dane County Foundation. Gary has been an Oscar Rennebohm Foundation board member since 2004.

Gary retired as President and CEO of Madison Gas and Electric Company and MGE Energy Inc. in 2017. A graduate of Loras College and the University of Iowa College of Law, he has been active in many community service and business organizations for the past 30 years. He has served on the Oscar Rennebohm Foundation board since 2017.

Noble L. Wray has served the Madison community for 30 years, including as Chief of Police and as a director on several nonprofit boards. He advocates for relationships based on trust and shared values. He has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from UW-Milwaukee. He is a nationally recognized law enforcement consultant. He was UW-Milwaukee's 2011 Alumnus of the Year and holds an honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Social Welfare degree. He has served on the Oscar Rennebohm Foundation board since 2019.
Board Emeritus

Steven is a native Madisonian and received his BBA in accounting from UW-Madison in 1971. He is the retired owner of Master Graphics and was previously employed by Rennebohm Drug Stores. He served on the Oscar Rennebohm Foundation board from 1985–2025 and was President of the organization from 1988–2022.
